Shipping Policy

At Manzonx, we strive to process your order quickly, efficiently, and with the environment in mind – always choosing the most eco-friendly delivery methods available. Below you'll find details about our shipping costs and delivery times.

Processing Time
Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
At Manzonx, we always choose the greenest and most environmentally friendly shipping option available. The good news is that this eco-friendly shipping is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or delivery country.

Delivery Times by Country
Our estimated delivery times are 5-7 working days (including weekends) for the following countries:

  • Netherlands: 5-7 working days

  • Belgium: 5-7 working days

  • Germany: 5-7 working days

  • Other EU countries: 5-9 working days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors, such as delivery partners and any public holidays.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping to countries outside the EU. We are working on making more delivery options available in the future.

Delays
Although we do our utmost to deliver your order within the expected time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs checks or increased workload at delivery services. Manzonx cannot be held liable for delays caused by these external factors.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@manzonx.com and attach photos of the damage. For lost packages, check the tracking information and contact the delivery service. We are always available to help you further.
