Manzonx processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process:
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us at hello@manzonx.com and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Manzonx processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment

• Sending our newsletter

• Being able to call or email you if necessary to provide our services

• Offering you the option to create an account

• Delivering goods and services to you

Manzonx also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Manzonx remains responsible for these processing operations.

Manzonx only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your user convenience. They ensure the website functions correctly and remember, for example, your preference settings. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation you mention. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to hello@manzonx.com.

To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and national insurance number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
