What is Manzonx's return policy?
Manzonx accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your package. If you do not request a return within this period, we cannot process a refund due to our policy.
If you are eligible for a return, please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. Returned items and packaging should be in good condition.
If the return is due to a product defect, please take photos or videos of the item and contact us. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund, or offer to send a replacement item at a discount.
How do I start the return process?
To begin the return process, please send an email to hello@manzonx.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if I don't have my order number?
To locate your order number, provide us with a valid email address, your full name, and shipping address. The order number can also be found on your Manzonx account, packing slip, or order confirmation email.
How should I package my return?
Use a cardboard box to send your return and include a paper with your order ID inside the package. Fill any remaining space with packing material or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit. Returns damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I get the return address?
The return address must be requested by contacting Manzonx. Do not send items back without contacting us first to avoid inconvenience or unnecessary loss. Please note that our return address differs from the address on the package label.

How long does it take for Manzonx to process my return?
Processing a return takes 5-7 business days after it is delivered to our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours. For UK credit cards, refunds typically appear within 2-3 business days. For international credit cards, it may take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on your financial institution.

If I need to return my order for a refund, do I have to return the free gifts that came with it?
You are welcome to keep any free gifts that came with your order.
Does Manzonx provide return labels?
We do not provide shipping labels for returns or cover the cost of domestic or international returns, except in specific situations.
What if my return is lost in the post?
Keep your return tracking number until you receive confirmation that your package has been processed. Take a photo of your return receipt from the courier, as this may be helpful if your package is lost. Refunds cannot be issued for items that have not been safely returned to Manzonx. However, a claim can be opened with a tracking number showing confirmed delivery.
Why didn't I receive a full refund?
Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds may be given in certain situations.
If the return is due to consumer error, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost, based on the chosen courier. If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect items, the consumer will not bear the shipping cost.

If you need to return the product, it should be packed in the original box. If the original box is lost, an additional fee of £15 will apply. (Note: Converted from 200 GBP for UK market)

If the following situations occur, customers will be responsible for an additional shipping fee of £15:
a. Delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not collect it upon arrival.
